Drysdale scored a goal, blocked three shots and added two PIM in Sunday's 3-2 shootout loss to the Hurricanes.
Drysdale notched two assists while adding three shots on net, three blocked shots and a plus-1 rating in Wednesday's 4-2 win over the Rangers.
The No. 6 pick in the 2020 draft has wasted little time showing he is ready for the NHL. He can skate the puck out of danger or throw a good breakout pass, is an asset on the power play and has the kind of hockey sense that is rare in young defensemen. He has to get stronger, which should come as he heads toward the prime of his career. Can be an impact player at both ends of the ice and should comfortably average 20-plus minutes per game.
Long Range Potential: Talented, all-around big-minute defenseman.
